Borscht With Potato Puree

ingredients:


500 grs . beef ( muscle)
2 liters of cold water

Other Ingredients:

2 bouillon tablet
1 large onion
2 stalks celery , whole uncut
1 bunch of parsley whole , without cutting
4 medium unpeeled beets
1 bay leaf

1 pound of potatoes kitchen and squeezed
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup of milk has boiled and cold
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tea spoon of salt

How to Prepare the Borscht :

Wash the meat , cook the whole piece in your pressure cooker for thirty minutes strain the broth
Wash the beets with a brush under running water to remove all the earth .

Cook the beets whole with celery onion in beef broth , add the tablets of broth
After the cooked beets , remove the peel , cut into chunks and puree in blender with the broth

Bring the cream of beet fire , with parsley sauce and chives tied and bay leaf and bouillon tablets . Boil for ten to fifteen minutes on low heat , then take Green Bay and smell.

How to Prepare the Mashed Potatoes :

First place in deep dish of beet with cream ladle , then take the puree with large spoon and place in the center of the plate

Serve piping hot soup as first course .

Note :

For a Dinner first serve soup after roast chicken cut into pieces , sprinkled with enough chopped parsley.

Accompanied by boiled vegetables in butter past .
Carrot , bouquets of broccoli or cauliflower.
Boiled quail egg , hearts of palm in drained and chopped canned or chopped mushrooms .

In a large dish place the chicken pieces around the vegetables , eggs, and palm.
You can serve the chicken separately .
 
Note :

Can substitute mashed potatoes for mashed cassava or manioc or yams or yam .
