Queijadinha Valeria

ingredients:

3 cups (tea ) of sugar , or
1 and ½ cup ( tea) of sweetener in powder itself for oven and hob
1 cup (tea ) of wheat flour
2 cups (tea ) of cow's milk
1 saucer or 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese.
1 saucer of fresh grated coconut 100 grams .
1 spoon ( soup) of chemical baking powder
2 spoons (soup ) of butter shallow
3 large eggs or 5 small
1 pinch of salt

How to Prepare :
Put in a bowl the flour , baking powder ,

Blend the eggs with the milk , butter and salt .

After well beaten , add the grated coconut and cheese , make the hit .
Add the other dry ingredients , mix well .

Pour into a buttered and dusted with flour baking sheet .

Bake in moderate oven below 170 ° C for 40 ' minutes or even blush.

Cut into squares or rectangles .

If you want you can put in the patty pans , do not need greasing , forminha lined with paper .

Note :
If using dry coconut moisturize before with a little cold water , let stand for 10 ' minutes .
The ideal is to use fresh coconut .
The grated cheese can be exchanged for mining hard cheese ,
suitable for grating . (used in Brazil ) .
