Five Homemade Cottage Cheese Recipes

ingredients:
I - Option :
Curd Cheese Type :
6 cups of cow's milk
6 tablespoons (soup ) of cornstarch
6 tablespoons (soup ) half grated Cure

How to Prepare :

Cooked curd :
ingredients:
½ liter of cow's milk
4 tablespoons (soup ) of wheat flour
1 teaspoon ( tsp) salt
100 grs . butter
½ can cream without serum
How to Prepare :
Place in a medium saucepan with the milk already diluted flour, add butter and salt .

Bring the heat, stirring constantly until the flour cooking .

Once cooked , add to cream at room temperature , mix well until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator.
IV - Option :

Curd Site
ingredients:
1 liter of cow's milk
100 grs . grated parmesan
100 grs . of crumbled fresh ricotta
1 spoon (soup ) shallow salt
4 tablespoons (soup ) of cornstarch ( cornflour )

How to prepare:
Make porridge with milk and cornstarch .
Once done hit the mixer and add the remaining ingredients , parmesan cheese , ricotta and salt .
Beat until it is a uniform mass .
V - Option :
Curd of Antoinette - Neutral
ingredients:
½ pound of chopped fresh ricotta
½ liter of cow's milk
250 grs . margarine
1 teaspoon ( tsp) salt
How to Prepare :
Boil the milk , put the margarine let dissolve .

Suggestion for Making Pies :
