Siumple Mango Mousse

Simple Mango Mousse

ingredients:
3 Haden mangoes diced
½ cup of cold water or necessary
1 glass of fresh cream
1 can of condensed milk or sugar to taste
1 spoon (soup ) shallow or 12 grams of clear unflavored gelatin , dissolved in water bath or in the microwave for 20 seconds .
5 tablespoons ( soup) of cold water to hydrate gelatin
1 lemon juice only
3 pasteurized egg whites

How to Prepare :
Blend mango with cold water until a thick cream , add the condensed milk makes the beat , then pour slowly dissolved gelatin and hot , until finished.
Separately beat the mixer the cream , then stir in the egg whites with a little sugar .
Mix the two creams , the mixer and the blender , until smooth.
Pour the mousse into shape with hole in the center , or in bowls or disposable cups with lids .
Decoration :
If you in a round shape , decorate with slices of kiwi and strawberry or other red fruit .
Store in the refrigerator until serving time .
