C h a r l o t t e d e C h o c o l a t e

ingredients:
Chocolate Cream :
200 grs . caster sugar
200 grs . Butter , Unsalted
4 large egg yolks
4 tablets semisweet chocolate chopped 130 to 200 grs . each or
600 to 800 grams . semisweet chocolate bar
1 cup or ½ cup (coffee ) cocoa liquor
1 cup chopped roasted almonds and drizzling , or other dried fruit to taste
Other Ingredients:
250 grs . English biscuit or cookie chocolate stick
Fudge :
1 cup of sugar , watering with 1 tablespoon (soup ) of water
Mode Prepare the syrup :
In a dry saucepan place the sugar wet with water , let it melt over low heat , without stirring, who takes away the brightness of the syrup.
