C a b i t r o In Chunks With Vegetables


ingredients:

3 pounds of lamb cut into piece


seasoning :

2 spoons (soup ) rasa. salt
2 bay leaves
1 bunch of parsley and chives tied
1 sprig of rosemary
4 bouillon tablet

Other Ingredients:

4 tablespoons (soup ) full of lard or butter

1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley
1 can of asparagus and hearts of palm, drained and rinsed
2 packs of pre-cooked Japanese broccoli or Brussels sprouts
4 stalks celery ( celery ) cut into thin slices
1 liter of dry red wine of good quality

How to Prepare the Kid :
