Yam soup

ingredients:

1 pound of muscle, cut into cubes
1 pound of yam or raw yam
2 liters of cold water
1 grated onion
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon (tsp) or (soup) of grated ginger
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded
2 stalks celery (optional)
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) of thinly sliced ​​scallions
1 piece of cinnamon stick, remove before serving

How to prepare:

Peel the yams, rinse well under running water, chop into small pieces put it in a bowl covered with water.

Put muscle to cook with one liter of water for 40 'minutes in the pressure cooker over low heat.

Skip the broth into a pot, add the yam, onion, tomato, bay leaf celery, ginger cinnamon, leave the cooking fire, until softened and yams.
