Cassulet Fish and Seafood


ingredients:


400 grs. clean medium shrimp
400 grs. of already cleaned squid rings
300 grs. octopus diced
400 grs. clean mussels (clams shucked)
200 grs. dried cod, remove the salt, soak for 12 hours, shred
500 grs. dogfish diced

sauce:

500 grs. tomatoes peeled seeded and diced
500 ml hot water
2 red bell peppers cut into thin strips
1 yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips
2 large onions, grated
1 lady finger pepper seeds removed and finely chopped without the white ribs.
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped cilantro or
1 teaspoon (tsp) coriander seeds.
1 spoon (soup) shallow grated ginger
1 spoon (soup) shallow grated ginger
½ cup (tea) of corn oil
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)

 
Smoke (fish broth)

4 large fish heads
1 bunch of parsley and chives whole without cutting, washed
3 large ripe tomatoes well

How to Prepare:
