Stew (Chowder)

ingredients:
1 ½ pound boneless many fish

Ingredients Fish broth:

In another pan, put their heads spines, flaps of fish, fins, carrot, tomato, celery, onion bay.
Other Ingredients I

2 red peppers diced
1 celery cut into thin slices
1 large onion, chopped 2 bay leaves
1 leek cut into thin slices
2 carrots chopped into cubes
2 cups (tea) of tomatoes peeled and seeded
chopped into cubes.
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) of chives
Diced potatoes 4
1 cup dry white wine

Other Ingredients II (optional):
300 grs. octopus cut into 2cm pieces
300 grs. fresh small shrimp gutted washed
300 grs. clean cut into rings cells
200 grs. clean clams

To Thicken stew:
1 or 2 spoons (soup) Shallow d cassava flour (optional)
How to Prepare Fish Broth:
Place in a saucepan 2 liters of cold water, add all the ingredients of the fish broth, bring to heat for 30 'minutes.
Strain through a fine sieve, discarding the waste that was, enjoy only the broth. Book
How to Prepare the stew:
In a large saucepan fry the onion, carrot, celery, a leek, the ginger, bay leaf, peppers and tomatoes and potatoes.
So that broke the tomatoes, place large pieces of fish one next to the other, cook for 5 '(five) minutes.
Then Add the strained broth of fish, octopus, squid, clams
let cook for 10 'minutes last prawns, leaving 3' minutes not more than that it hardens.
If you need to thicken with 1 or 2 tablespoons of cassava flour, dissolved in half a glass of cold water.
Before Serving add saved with stem and chopped scallions.

If you want you can put 1 spoon (soup) chopped fresh mint

Finally dry white wine.

Serve hot.

Note:

You can swap the cassava flour, corn starch, semolina or wheat flour.
"Do not put grated cheese on fish soup" does not match.
You can serve with roasted crotons.
Crotons are small pieces of bread, 1 inch each, roasted in the oven or in skillet.
