ingredients:

½ pound of lean meat to soup (beef muscle)
2 liters of hot water
1 whole onion
10 cloves of India
2 slices of ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 bay leaf
2 stalks of celery
1 leek white part only


Green pancake

ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups (tea) of cow's milk
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon (coffee) salt
1 cup chopped parsley (optional) tea

filling:

ingredients:

200 grs. grated parmesan cheese


How to Prepare:

Rinse the meat under running water, cut into pieces
Cook the meat in the pressure cooker with all the spices, put 30 minutes
Place the onion to cook with spiky cloves together in a pressure cooker, then disregard the nails.
Cut the pieces of meat cooked with garlic or onion seasoning pepper and olive oil, and plenty of chopped parsley and two sprigs of mint and two sprigs of basil.
Serve separate spiced meat in a large platter of dishes, or save for another time.

How to Prepare the pancakes

Blend all ingredients in blender pancakes
Heat a large frying pan, brush with a little oil
Remove from heat and place a ladle of batter in the blender beat

Can replace meat put 2 tablets of broth
