Curau Farm

Curau Farm


ingredients:

12 ears of tender corn
2 liters of raw cow's milk, long life milk or
1 cup (tea) sugar, or
½ cup sweetener in powder itself for oven and hob

How to Prepare:

Take all the straw and hair from the ears of corn, wash thoroughly under running water.

Place the ears standing on the board.
Take the grains cob cutting with a knife, and still close to the cob and scrape well to take all the starch.

Put in blender with milk corn. beat well, for ten minutes then strain through a fine sieve and well founded.

Put strained liquid into a large saucepan, combine sugar, or sweetener lead to fire, until thickened.
Stir with a spoon curau the high cable to avoid lumps, stirring constantly in a figure eight and in the middle of the pan.

Once ready put in bowls, and let cool before taking the refrigerator.
Do not put butter, cinnamon another product that alter the natural taste of pure curau farm.
