Squid Stuffed with Shrimp

Squid Stuffed with Shrimp
                              
ingredients:

l pound of cleaned squid

filling:

500 grs. Shrimp kid clean
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded
l large onion, grated
      l teaspoon (tsp) salt shallow
      l teaspoon (tsp) grated fresh ginger
1 spoon (soup) of hot pepper sauce
l pinch of powdered bay
l pinch of nutmeg
l small box of cheese catupiry

How to Prepare:

Remove the skin and fins of squid.
Wash in running water
Wash the tentacles-Book
Turn the squid inside out, putting yourself without turning they burst
Season with salt and lemon
Cook the squid before filling, let it cool.

Do not peel the skin if frying, splashing too much oil

Batter to coat:

250 ml of cow's milk
l large egg
Average 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
l chopped onion
l pinch of baking powder
l spoon (soup) spoon of margarine or oil
   l tablespoon (coffee) salt

How to Prepare:

Prepare the filling by frying the onions tomatoes and spices until all vanish
water put shrimp, simmer 3 minutes putting, not to be rubberized, then add the cheese cream cheese, if you need to put a little grated Parmesan cheese.
Do not fill much squid bursting, fill 2/3 of its length

Hitting the blender dough ingredients, place the milk egg onion margarine, salt and flour with baking powder gradually.

Fry in hot oil, then lower the heat, not to burn

Place the stuffed squid and chips on a platter and put up
tomato sauce, sprinkle parsley put up
Serve on a platter and round lettuce leaves, put up lemon slices
