Skewered Fish With Fruits

ingredients:

600 grs. cation of diced, or fish of your choice.
1 tablespoon (dessert) shallow salt
100 grs. apricot or can be cut in half or full 100 grs. cubes of pineapple. (can put the two together)
2 apples with peel seal cut into four pieces
seeded.
1 large onion, cut into cubes or petals
2 spoons (soup) of oil

sauce:
1 box of cream
1 pot of natural yoghurt full
2 spoons (soup) of mustard
2 spoons (soup) of catchup
1 teaspoon (tsp) shoyu (soy sauce)
1 spoon (soup) of pepper sauce is (optional)
How to Prepare the sauce:
