Cauliflower Empanada

Cauliflower Empanada
ingredients:
1 good sized cauliflower
2 liters of water to cook "al dente"
½ liter of soybean oil or corn for frying

Batter to coat:
2 to 3 eggs, beaten
1-2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of cold milk

How to prepare the pastry:
