Pasta ingredients:
12 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour1 spoon (soup) and full of baking powder1 teaspoon (tsp) salt3 cups (tea) of cow's milk1 cup (tea) of oil,100 grs. grated Parmesan cheese5 large eggs

 
How to Prepare:
Place in a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. Reserve.Blend the eggs then add the oil and milk. Pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl of dry ingredients, mix well with a large spoon, lastly add the grated cheese.Place half the dough in a greased with oil and dusted lightly with flour.Then spread the filling and cover with the other half of dough.
Filling:
1 grated onion,2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley,3 cans of drained tuna1 cup fresh or frozen peas2 boiled eggs, chopped1 cup chopped green olives2 spoons (soup) of oil1 glass of palm drained and rinsed2 red chillies, chopped (optional)1 cooked carrot, chopped into small cubes (optional).
How to Prepare the Filling:
In a pan put oil, onion, tomatoes peas, sauté well, if necessary drip a little water. After braising add chopped olives, parsley, tuna, chopped boiled eggs, cooked carrots, hearts of palm, peppers.To recap:* Let cool and spread the filling over the dough. Cover with another part of the mass. *II - Choice of fillings:Can substitute tuna for chicken, shrimp. Cod, cooked vegetables, cheese, chopped ham. And others.Are 2 cups cooked chicken breast, then sauté together with the other ingredients.The other ingredients put 1 cup (tea) or to taste.Do the same way as the previous filling.Note:If you want a thicker crust add a little more flour plus a pinch of baking poder.
