Cheese Croquettes

Cheese Croquettes

ingredientes:


2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
3 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch
2 cups milk (½ liter)
2 whole eggs
l00 grs. grated Parmesan cheese or
1 package cream cheese soup
50 grs. butter
salt and oregano to taste

Other Ingredients:

1 cup of egg whites
1 deep dish of breadcrumbs

500 grs. plate of cheese, diced

How to Prepare:

Place a pan on the fire with milk butter and salt, so boiling
add the wheat flour and cornstarch, as mixed at once, then add
grated cheese, mix well.

Stir quickly with a wooden spoon to loosen the bottom of the pan, put in 10 minutes.
Remove from heat add eggs one at a time with the hot pasta, mixing well.
Allow to cool thoroughly before making the croquettes.

Make the croquettes or balls, garnish with a piece of cheese plate, or half cherry
in syrup.
Spending in the clear and then in breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil, lower the heat to not crack or burn the croquettes
