Cone Siri


ingredients:

300 grs. of frozen crab meat
8 to 10 large shells clean


other Ingredients

1 coconut milk glass
3 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 stale roll of 50 grs. wet in water or milk squeezed
3 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped mint leaves and drizzle
100 grs. parmezão grated cheese
50 grs. breadcrumbs
olive oil to taste, to put before serving
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
1 cup (tea) of grated onion

How to Prepare:

In a medium saucepan sauté the onion with the oil, add the tomatoes, simmer, then add the crab meat thawed, leave the fire until all ingredients are cooked, add the bun wet and squeezed lastly coconut milk .

Leave the fire until it is very thick, add half of the grated cheese parmezão and lastly the chopped parsley and mint.

Fill the shells sprinkle on top with half breadcrumbs and half of grated cheese, mixed together
Bake gratin
Serve hot on a platter lined with lettuce and baskets of tomatoes, with a black olive in pitted and bunch of parsley.
