Rib cooker + Photo Cow


Ingredients:
2 kg of non-fat cow's ribs, cut into small pieces.
½ cup corn oil
Flavor:
1 tablespoon (soup) full of fine salt or
1 onion soup package
Way of preparing:
Ask the butcher to cut in your rib into small pieces.
Remove all the fat from above and that is interwoven into the meat.
Wash the ribs in tap water
No temper.
Cooking mode:

Place a large pot on the fire with a little oil, so warmed go putting the pieces of rib and go flipping from one side and then the other, dripping boiling water gradually, when gilded add salt or onion soup, and continue frying and dripping water, until the rib is cooked.
Another option is when the rib was golden, continue to pressure cooker, pour a glass of boiling water, cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 20 'minutes.
Remove the meat is cooked when it is hard to fire back again for another for 10 'minutes or necessary until it is thoroughly cooked.
With the water remaining in the pressure cooker, strain and after cooled take the refrigerator, remove the fat to stay on top.
Use this broth to make soup or another dish of your choice.
Serve so Rib:







Serve with baked whole potato, chopped braised with garlic catolonha, or cabbage.
Option II:
Cooking raw ribs in a pressure cooker with salt.
With the broth remaining in the pot, do the same as the previous recipe.
Serve the same previous mode.
You can cook the ribs in the pressure cooker without spices.
Once cooked remove the meat season with onion, parsley finely chopped green onions, season with salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
