Ambrosia True Homemade

Ingredients:

1 liter of milk
6 eggs
6 egg yolks
2-4 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves of India
3 slices of fresh ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon (soup) full of vinegar or lemon juice
Syrup:
1 kilo of refined white sugar
2 cups (tea) cold water

Way of preparing:
Use a very thick bottom pot, to prevent burning.
Make a syrup with sugar, water, cinnamon, and cloves and ginger.
Thoroughly mix the sugar with water, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, bring to high heat for 15 'to 30' minutes, until a thick syrup that drips from the spoon.
Do not move while the fire that can sweeten.
Meanwhile, pass the eggs and egg yolks through a sieve, add milk and vinegar.

When the syrup is thick, add the egg mixture gradually and slowly until granular, about 15 'minutes with strong fire.

Note:

Note:
The function of the vinegar is to granulate.
