Kebab oven or fried + Photo




Ingredients:

1 kilogram of topside, or duck, or rump
1 cup (tea) grated onion
2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped mint

1 tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour
2 tablespoons (soup) of oil


Other Ingredients:

How to Prepare the kebab
