Input dish Smoked Peru, figs and Palmito - II Options

ingredients:
½ pound of sliced smoked turkey breast
½ pound of very thick palm canned, drained and rinsed cut cross
1 can of drained stewed figs can be diet
6 medium fresh figs

Sauce I:
1 cup (tea) put in extra virgin olive oil drops
½ cup (tea) of pure orange juice
1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice
1 spoon (soup) or Worcestershire sauce ½
1 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard or ½
salt to taste in moderation
Sauce II:
Peel the figs hit the blender with a ladle of sauce I. The sauce is green
How to Prepare the Sauce I:

Blend orange juice with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and a pinch of salt.
Go dripping olive oil slowly until finished.
Serve the sauce separately. It is optional.

Mode of Service:
A small plate place standing two slices of palm 4 inches tall with 2 rolls lying turkey breast, sauce of figs around the saucer and 2 figs in syrup drained.
observation:
You can change the background of a palm artichokes in drained and rinsed canned
Place 1 bottom of each artichoke saucer
and do the same as above.
