ingredients:Option I :½ pound of dried peas cooked and drained2 medium potatoes cooked and mashed1 spoon (soup ) margarine shallow½ cup (tea ) milk or cream into box1 teaspoon ( tsp) saltHow to Prepare :Cook the split peas for high common pan until softened .Can not cook in a pressure cooker she loose too much foam .Once cooked drain all liquid .Do not throw away the liquid takes to make soup .Hitting the drained peas in a blender , mix with cooked and mashed potatoes .Put the mixture in a pan of peas with potato , add margarine and salt .Lead to fire stirring constantly , check dripping milk gradually and slowly , even cooking .If it gets too soft place once boiled and mashed potato.The first time do half the recipe yields a lot.The accompanying mashed pea eggplant stuffed with ground beefII - Option :Mashed yams or Mandioquinha½ pound of yam or cassava ( parsley potatoes ) .1 spoon (soup ) margarine shallow1 can cream without serum or1 cup (tea ) treat cow1 teaspoon ( tsp) saltHow to Prepare the Mashed Yam :Wash yams , peel and potato.If large cut in half or into quarters

Leave on heat stirring constantly until the bottom of the pan .If necessary to complete the remainder of the cream.The mashed yam, serves to monitor file single or breaded chicken or fish .Note :Peruvian mashed yams do the same .
