ingredients:I - Option : Grated cheese1 ½ cups ( tea) of dainty cornmeal3 cups (tea ) of sugar½ liter of cow's milk1 spoon (soup ) of wheat flour1 spoon (soup ) of butter , not margarine serves1 spoon ( soup) of chemical baking powder100 grs . grated parmesan cheese4 large eggs1 pinch of saltII - Option : Grated Coconut1 ½ cups ( tea) of dainty cornmeal3 cups (tea ) of sugar½ liter of cow's milk1 spoon (soup ) of wheat flour1 spoon (soup ) of butter , not margarine serves1 spoon ( soup) of chemical baking powder100 grs . dried coconut , rehydrate with water as necessary to moisten4 large eggs1 pinch of salt

How to Prepare :Put in a bowl the flour mixture , cornmeal , flour, baking powder, salt , sugar . Reserve .Blend milk, butter, eggs , grated cheese.
Gradually and slowly pour the mixture from the blender into the bowl of dry ingredients until smooth.
Shape with hole in the center , buttered and dusted with flour or cornmeal .
