Vegetable Soup

Vegetable Soup With or Without Meat II Options

Ingredients:
300 grs. of beef (muscle) or the meat of your choice.
4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 medium carrots peeled and cut into slices or squares.
2 small potatoes (mandioquinha) scraped and cut into cubes
200 grs. of ripe pumpkin (optional)
200 grs. minced or finely chopped
1 large chopped onion, or
4 garlic cloves if old without crumb) crushed or minced.
2 to 4 mature medium tomatoes without skin without seeds, or
1 tablespoon of paprika, paprika or turmeric.
1 plate bottom of white cabbage chopped without the thick stem or celga or endive roughly chopped
2 celery stalks without leaves 1 garlic, pore
1 teaspoon grated ginger. See below.
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
1 cup chopped parsley (chopped leaves and stems)
1 teaspoon full of salt, or to taste
If you do not want to put meat, substitute two beef broth tablets.
note:
If someone in your family has high blood pressure, exclude ginger

Other Ingredients:

100 or 50 grs. of thick grated cheese
English sauce, one coffee spoon for each dish
 
Way of preparing:
Wash and peel the vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into small cubes and vegetables into small pieces.
Place the meat in the pressure cooker covered with cooking water leave it. As soon as the sizzling pot counts 30 minutes, lower the pin and the fire;

If you like you can add the cooked and chopped meat only seasoned with salt
How to Serve:
Serve very hot, in a deep dish, sprinkle grated cheese up
Put down the bottom plate place a shallow dish, so as not to burn the table
 
II Option
Soup Thin:
Make the same as before with the difference that does not carry fat;
Do not fry the onion in the oil.
Do not put any fat in the soup, that is, oil, sour cream or pork fat
