Sopa com Spazle (gat) German For the Elderly

S o p a c o m S p a z l e (gat) German
For the Elderly

Ingredients For Broth:

½ pound lean meat
2 liters of cold water
1 grated onion
2 stalks of celery
1 medium carrot
1 pinch of salt
1 bay leaf
2 ginger slices Optional)
1 pinch of nutmeg
If someone in your household has high blood pressure, exclude ginger

Ingredients of the Pasta:
4 to 5 tablespoons (or soup) of wheat flour or what is needed to form a batter
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon of butter
½ teaspoon (baking powder) of chemical baking powder
1 large egg, clear in snow
1 cup of (coffee) water, put gradually and slowly
1 pinch of salt
How to prepare the dough:

Mix the flour with the yeast, salt the margarine, the yolk, the water and lightly snow until it forms a mass of gnocchi
With the aid of a teaspoon, make the gnocchi, and pour in the hot broth, when it comes to the surface they are cooked

How to Prepare the Broth:
