Onion CreamSoup

Onion Cream Soup

Ingredients:

8 large onions, chopped into slices
5 cups of homemade and defatted beef broth
5 cups hot water tea dissolved the beef broth tablets
1 cup butter tea
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 to 4 tablets of broth
1 ½ cup cold milk
4 tablespoons of wheat flour

Other Ingredients:

1 bowl background cubes of toast without toasting or (crotons)
6 tablespoons of whiskey or other similar drink

Way of preparing:

Cut the onion into thin slices, wash in running water, dry no paper towel. Reserve.
Put a large pan on the fire with the butter, as soon as it melts, throw the onion and let it fry well, stirring constantly, until color changes.
Flambé 3 tablespoons of whiskey in a shell, when caught fire throw on top of the onion and stir well, this is to remove the acidity of the onion.
Throw in the hot broth and the rest of the whiskey.
Let it simmer until it boils for 5 minutes, then slowly add the milk to the flour over low heat.
Let it simmer until the flour is cooked for about 10 minutes.
Put in cubes of clay, over the cubes of bread, take to the oven until the bread is golden.
Before serving, put a lot of grated parmesan cheese on top.

Note:

If you want to serve the onion soup, without going to the oven, place the toasted bread cubes.

 Note :

The beef broth tablets is for use with water, with the homemade broth not required.
