Pea Soup With Vegetables - Austrian

Ingredients:

300 to 500 grs. of dried peas
50 grs. chopped bacon cubes
1 onion, grated or chopped
250 grs. pork sausage cooked in water (optional)
1 pack of Catalunya or almeirão or endive, chopped small
3 liters of cold water
1 teaspoon of salt or
2 tablespoons beef broth
100 grs. of grated Parmesan cheese

Way of preparing:

Wash well the dried peas, put in the pressure cooker with half the water, close the pan when it starts to boil, lower the pin "turn off the fire", let it stand for one hour, that is if you did not put the pea in the sauce for 6 gardens

Serving Mode:

Make toasters in cubes of 1 centimeter (Crotons).
Serve the soup very hot, put the prawns on top and if you want to sprinkle grated cheese
