Soup To Lose Weight


Before making soup consult your doctor

Ingredients:

1 small cabbage, cut into pieces
2 bell peppers one green and one red seeded and without the white ribs, cut into thin strips
½ pound onion cut into thick slices
1 packets of (soup) onion, or 2 tablespoons of broth
2 small celery stalks with leaves
4 small carrots, scraped and chopped into pieces
2 tomatoes without whole skins
1 garlic whole pork chopped into thin slices
2 liters of water
2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
If you put the shoyu do not put salt

Way of preparing:

Wash all ingredients well, cut into small pieces
Place to cook in a large saucepan, add 20 minutes or
until the carrot is tender
Allow to cool slightly on the blender
Before serving, add the soy sauce
Serve very hot, do not put any drop of fat, and
also no cheese

Note:
Have soup at lunch and dinner at will
If you want you can have the soup in the place of breakfast
 You can eat fresh vegetables at will, seasoned with salt
 and lemon, do not put olive oil or oil
 You can eat the cracked cucumber salad in the thick drain
     

Allowed Fruits:

Only pear, apple, papaya and melon

Breakfast:

1 cup of (coffee) with defatted milk
1 toast or a salty wafer
1 slice fresh white cheese

During the day do not drink coffee, do not eat anything, besides breakfast, have soup at lunch and dinner at will
Do not eat any type of bread, only toast in the morning
