Corn or Fubá Soup from the Interior of São Paulo Brazil
II Options

I Option:
Ingredients:

18 young ears of corn
2 liters of cow's milk
1 large bunch of cambuquira (pumpkin sprout) or
(chuchu sprouts), or chopped cabbage, onion, chopped parsley
2 tablespoons (cornstarch) corn starch (cornstarch)
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, grated or chopped.

Way of preparing:

Place each tenon standing on top of a kitchen board.
Remove the grain from the spike with the help of a small knife.
Beat the corn in the blender with the milk, then strain it into a fine sieve, pour water into the sieve to remove all the starch.
Put the blender mixture in a cauldron, add the onion, grated the butter and the salt, leave on the low heat for 20 minutes, always stirring with a spoon of high handle.
Thicken with cornstarch (cornstarch) dissolved in little water, or milk.
When thickened, add the cambuquira (legunes), leave in the fire for 5 to 10 minutes, until cooked well.
II Options:
If you want you can braise and season the cambuquira, then put in the soup.
Serve very hot and sprinkle grated cheese up

II Option:
Soup of Fubá of the Interior of Paulo Brazil

Ingredients:

2 liters of hot water
2 tablespoons nonfat broth or 1 liter broth with homemade vegetables defatted
2 cloves garlic, chopped (sew is old) without the crumb,
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup (custard tea, dissolved in
1 cup cold water

Other Ingredients:

1 bunch of spinach only the leaf chopped very small

Way of preparing:

Put the water on the fire, with the beef broth tablets or the broth with homemade vegetables, garlic cloves crushed to chopped onion.
After boiling for 5 minutes with the cornmeal already dissolved in the water, leave to cook for about 20 minutes, always stirring with a spoon of high handle, or even cook the cornmeal well.
When ready, pour the chopped spinach, stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.

Note:

You can substitute the spinach with endive, cabbage, catalonia, cambuquira, almeirão, cabbage, leaves of carrots, tender leaves of chuchu etc, all well minced.
If you want you can put some of each.
