Uruguayan Sopu for fruts for Childreen or the Elderly

Uruguayan Soup for Fruits for Children or the Elderly

Ingredients:
Fruits to Choose:
Put at least 6 to 8 different fruits.

2 shelled red apples cut into cubes
1 red guava without shelled seed
2 black plums without washed stones cut into 4 parts
2 red plums without diced lumps
1 pear seedless
1 sleeve In addition cut into cubes
1 small papaya cut into cubes without shelled seeds
1 orange cut into cubes, without skins and seeds.
2 peaches without peel, peeled, cut into cubes, or nectarine
1 cubed pineapple sausage without the thick crust
1 half seeded saucer cut in half
4 bananas cut into cubes
1 piece of cinnamon stick
3 blackheads from India
½ cup of sagû put of sauce before (optional)
1 teaspoon of sugar, to remove the acidity of the fruits
salt to taste
2 liters of cold water

Way of preparing:

Wash fruits well, peel, cut into cubes, place to cook with water, sugar or (½ teaspoon sweetener), salt, cloves and cinnamon
After the cooked fruits, put the sago
How to Serve the Fruit Soup:
Can serve hot or cold.
Serve in a deep dish with a shallow dish underneath.
If you want you can make creamy, by pounding the soup in the blender,

Note:
The amount of diverse fruits is approximately one pound
Put the amount of fruit you like the most.
It seems strange, but this soup is delicious.
