Vera Helena's Economic Cod (Daughter)
Ingredients:
1 kilo of cod in chipped batter for 12 hours
600 grs. Boiled potatoes with peel

2 tablespoons corn oil
3 ripe tomatoes without seed skins
Follow up:

1 plate of broccoli cut into pre-cooked bouquets
1 large glass of palm heart
3 medium cooked carrots, cut into thick slices
1 cup of black olives without the pits

Modified White Sauce:
2 cups cold cow's milk
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 can of sour cream without whey
3 buds

How to Prepare the White Sauce:
Melt the butter and add the wheat flour, mix well, slowly add the milk slowly, until finished.
