Fish or Chicken Skewer with Fruit II Options
I - Option:
Fish
Ingredients:
600 grs. Cubes or other firm fish.
1 tablespoon (dessert) of salt
100 grs. Apricots cut in half or whole or
100 grs. Of pineapple cubes.
2 green apples with peel cut into 4 parts
Seedless
1 large onion cut into petals or cubes
2 tablespoons of oil

Sauce:

1 box of sour cream
1 bowl of whole yogurt
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon of shoyu (soy sauce)
1 tablespoon of pepper sauce is (optional)
How to Prepare the Sauce:

In a bowl put all the ingredients, beat with the
(Whisk) to a homogeneous dough. Book
How to Prepare the Skewers:
Wash the fish, cut into 2 x 2 cm pieces.
Season with salt only.
Skewer on a barbecue stick a piece of fish alternating with half a dried apricot, pineapple, apple,
onion. And put the fish back on.
Leave a space on both sides to hold the skewer.
If you want you can also put
spit. It looks tasty.
Heat the oil in a high non-stick frying pan;
Skewers alike. Book it.
Serve the sauce in separate bowls with the skewers.
Wet the skewers with the sauce.
II - Option:
Chicken
Chicken in stick

Ingredients:
2 breasts of lean chicken cut into small cubes
1 red bell pepper cut into cubes the size of chicken
1 large diced onion
4 to 6 medium tomatoes cut into seedless cubes
1 pineapple cut into cubes without crumb
1 sleeve cut into cubes
2 green apples cut into shelled cubes
The cubes are all the same size

Way of preparing:
Make the skewers with barbecue stick.
Put on the tip the chicken sandwich the peppers the onion and the chosen fruits, then the chicken and so on.
Leave a space to hold the skewer.
Make the same as the fish skewer.
The sauce is optional.
Note:
You can make roast, put all the skewers in a form, one next to the other, cover with foil.
Preheated oven 180 º C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Be careful not to bake too much.
