Poultry, Tender, Loin and Other Poultry

Purple cabbage:

1 medium finely chopped cabbage
1 medium onion, cut into small pieces
1 medium green apple grated in thick coarse
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ cup (tea) balsamic vinegar
½ cup of dark raisins without whole or cut seeds.
1 cup (tea) of black plums chopped roughly
1 tablespoon butter or corn oil
How to Prepare the Purple Cabbage:
Butter the cabbage with the onion, the apple and the sugar, until cooked, add the balsamic vinegar, the raisins, the plums, turn off the fire.
Pilaf
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup washed rice
3 cups (tea) water
2 tablespoons (grated) grated onion, or
2 garlic cloves (if old) without crumb
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 teaspoon of salt

How to prepare the vegetables:

Way of preparing:
In a large frying pan, fry the bacon, then the apple or the other selected fruit, add the onion, add the raisins, the salt to the flour and finally the chopped parsley.
And the rest of the fruit.
If dry, add a little oil or hot water.
If you make bananas are 4 to 6 fruits, if it is apricot or black plums use ½ cup of (tea) of each fruit.

Note:
If you want a special farofa put crushed salted crackers instead of corn or cassava flour.
