Cold Sauces For: Salad, Fish and Chicken (ten)

Ingredients:

Sauce: I
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons (extra virgin olive oil)
3 tablespoons (soup) or to taste chopped parsley and stem
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon mustard paste
¼ teaspoon of salt
Beat the lemon juice with the mustard oil and the salt.
Then stir in the parsley and chopped chives, or place over the sauce. Serves for Salad and fish fillet. Chicken.
Sauce: II
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil

Green Sauce: III
