Cod In the Form of Antonieta -II Options + Photos



Ingredients:
1 kilo of potatoes cut into slices not too thick, nor too thin
800 grs. Of chipped cod slices, or to taste
4 seedless chilies and no white ribs in thick strips
4 large onions, thinly sliced
4 large tomatoes cut into whole slices, do not take seeds
4 boiled eggs
1 cup of parsley and chopped parsley.
2 cups whole black or purple olives
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons (caper) of capers, spread between layers of cod and potatoes
1 glass with water to cook the ingredients
How to prepare the cod:
Put the cod of sauce for 12 hours, changing the water twice.
Fill a pan with water (enough to cover the cod).
Bring the water, bring to the boil, pour the desalted cod, as soon as it has boiled again, count 5 'minutes. Drain the water, "do not throw the water out"), enjoy cooking the potatoes, they should be precooked or almost raw.
Cook the eggs, remove the peel cuts in half.
How to Build the Cod:
In a round shape with lid, sprinkle with plenty of olive oil, layer:
The first layer is raw or precooked potatoes seasoned with salt and oregano, water with olive oil,
The second layer is cod.
The third layer is raw tomatoes in slices tempered with a little salt and oregano and olive oil.
The fourth layer is thin strips of raw chilli seasoned with salt.
The fifth layer and raw onion seasoned with salt, oregano and olive oil
The sixth is boiled salted eggs, (face down).
In alternate layers place black olives (purple)
If you prefer to place the olives, only on the potatoes or cod.
The last layer is of potatoes in slices, equal to the first layer.
The first and last layer are potato slices.
The capers only lay on top of the cod and the potatoes.
Pour a glass of cold water over top, then water with olive oil.
Cover the shape, fasten with the hooks, and bring to the stove fire weak for 20 'to 30' minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Note:
II Option:
If you do not have the round shape with lid with hooks, use a refractory, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Do not forget to put a glass of water in the last layer, so that you cook the ingredients before the olive oil.
If the shape became too full put half the water and half the baking the rest.
Notice:
The first option is made over the stove fire, the second is in the oven.
Both options are very tasty.
If you prefer you can make the coarse cod medium, the desalting is 24 hours, changing the water twice.
Do not make very thick cod that does not look good.
