Salad Cod of the Great Grandmother Violet - II Options

Ingredients:

1 kilo of cod in chipped batter for 12 hours

Other Ingredients:

3 large onions finely chopped, washed and drained
2 cups (tea) parsley with chopped stem
1 cup (whole) canned capers drained
1 cup (tea) green olives without the chopped boulders
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup wine vinegar, or rice vinegar
Moderate salt
2 feet of flat lettuce

Way of preparing:

Wash the cod, soak with cold water in the refrigerator for 12 hours, change the water once, then drain well.
It is not to cook the cod, the salting of the cod is enough, however if in doubt you can pour the cod in boiling water, leave for 5 minutes then drip, let cool. Enjoy to cook potatoes in the water that aferventou the cod.
Put in a bowl, cod, onion, parsley, caper, season well, with plenty of olive oil, vinegar and a little salt.
Remember that cod is already salty
Pass the already seasoned cod, for a well-arranged platter, spread over the chopped or whole green olives and a little capers.

Store in refrigerator until serving time.
Make a bed of washed lettuce leaves dry with paper towel, no seasoning.
Distribute the cod salad already seasoned, over the bed of lettuce

Do this procedure above, just in time to serve.

II - Option is optional:

In the outline of the platter can put whole quail eggs in palm hearts, cherry tomatoes.
You can put cooked balls of potato made with the ball.
