You Know Using Yeast Biological Dry?

I have noticed that many (written recipes, or TV) are wrong people putting the amount of dried yeast, i.e. yeast have each discrimination in the package, and the quantity is different from fresh and dried.

Each yeast tablet "dry biological" weighs 10 grams. equivalent to 3 yeast tablets "fresh organic 'that are 45 grams.
Each fresh yeast tablet weighs 15 grams.

It is the excessive amount of yeast that will grow its mass is the right way to knead.
The more knead and tearing the dough, more grows.


Tearing to Mass:
To tear extend the dough in a stand, pull up 50 centimeters and tearing down with your fingers (wear gloves), for 20 'minutes.
Then add all the dough let rise until doubled in volume.

The whole mass to take dry or fresh yeast should let rest for at least 20 'to 30' minutes, or until doubled in volume.
