Ambrosia True Homely
ingredients:

1 liter of milk
6 eggs
6 egg yolks
2 to 4 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves of India
6 slices of fresh ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon (soup) full of vinegar or lemon juice
Syrup:
1 kilo of refined white sugar
2 cups (tea) cold water

Way of preparing:
Use a very thick-bottomed pan, not to burn.
Make a syrup with sugar, water, cinnamon, and cloves and ginger
Mix well sugar with water, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, bring to high heat for 15 'minutes, until a thick syrup
Do not move while the fire that can sweeten.
Meanwhile, pass the eggs and egg yolks through a sieve, add milk and vinegar. See below.

When the syrup is thick, add the egg mixture gradually and slowly until granular, about 15 'minutes with strong fire.
Then lower the heat, stirring constantly with a high cable spoon, until cooked and full-bodied.
Stir well in the bottom of the pot not to burn at low heat for about an hour, adding occasionally hot water gradually, not dry.

Note:
