Gnocchi Gluten Free

Gnocchi Gluten Free
ingredients:

200 g. of potatoes after heavy cooked shelled
30 grams. rice flour
30 grams. candy sprinkles
20 grams. Additional gluten-free flour to sprinkle on the table
1 medium egg yolk
10 grams. margarine or oil

Way of preparing:
Mix the cooked and squeezed potatoes with gem margarine, mix the rice flour and starch in equal parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour without gluten

Place in a bowl all the above ingredients, mix well until a homogeneous mass.
If you get hard add more egg yolk and oil, if it is soft add more potatoes and gluten meal to give point to roll.
Make rolls, cut 2 cm.
Place the gnocchi to cook with water when boiling, go slowly putting and removing those who rise.
"Do not put all together to cook."
Once ready to pass the colander, then to a plate put the sauce to taste.
Note:
Take to cook in small portions.


You can replace rice flour and flour for gluten-free flour 40 grams. and 20 grams. gluten-free flour to sprinkle on the table, or do the above mixture of rice flour plus flour.
