Confectionery Lemon Pie - IV - Mass Options
Filling:
I - Option:
2 cans of condensed milk
1 cream canister
100 g. melted white chocolate or
colorless gelatin see below.
100 ml lemon juice (half a small cup)
1 tablespoon (soup) full of lemon zest only green part, do not put the white part that bitter.
Mode Prepare the filling:
Beat all ingredients in a blender except the lemon juice that is placed last in drops.

After the cream ready to pass a bowl and go pouring the melted white chocolate slowly and slowly, until a homogeneous mass.

IV - Option:
