Warning To whoever is cooking Tripe (tripe) or Mocotó

Be careful not to use the water cooked the tripe (tripe).
Take the fat mocotó water see below, the two messages.

I - Comment
Throw out all the water (full of dirty fat) that cooked the tripe (tripe).

Rinse under running water.

II - Comment
