Gelatine Tamarindo Sweet and Salty

ingredients:

2 kilos of raw tamarind (unpeeled)
3 cups cold water
½ kilo of refined sugar or brown sugar


Way of preparing:

Take the bark of tamarinds, soak with three cups of water to swell, pass through a sieve to remove the pulp
In a large saucepan put the pulp with sugar and water sauce.
Bring the pan to the fire with all the ingredients stirring constantly, until a thick jelly, when lifting the spoon is the sweet taffy
Cook the jelly over low heat, stirring constantly until to the point of soft jelly
Store in glass sterile screw cap, inside the refrigerator.

Note:
For salty jelly,

ingredients:

A jam portion of tamarinds up
1 tablespoon mustard, or to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
1 tablespoon ketchup soup (optional)

Way of preparing:

Mix the jam with the mustard Worcestershire sauce, ketchup
Put over the turkey breast, chester, tender etc.
Use a brush to put on top of the meat, then bake until golden brown.
