Mango Mousseingredients:Haden mangoes 2 large or 3 medium1 cup (tea ) of sugar1 spoon (soup ) shallow powdered gelatin1 cup (tea ) of cold water to hydrate and dissolve½ cup of cold water to hit the sleeve in a blender1 lemon juice only1 box of cream3 egg whites into firm snow1 pinch of saltHow to Prepare :Wash the mangoes peel, cut into small pieces .
