Mashed Manioc or Yam

ingredients:

½ kilo of cassava (parsley potatoes) or yam
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow margarine
1 can of cream without serum or
1 cup (tea) Cow milk
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt

Prepare the way of Mashed Yams:

Wash the cassava or yams, as if he were peeling potatoes.

If big cut in half or into four parts.

Drain and pass through the processor or juicer.

Lead to fire or boiled cassava and yam squeezed, margarine and half the sour cream,

Yam puree do the same as the Peruvian
