1 or 2 mullet cut into pieces of 3 fingers.
1 plate Wheat flour background
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow salt
Frying oil
Mullet roe:
2 eggs units cut into small pieces
Salt to taste
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
Frying oil
Way of preparing:
Clean and wash the mullet, cut mullet into pieces of three fingers, to season with salt only.
Dry the pieces of mullet with paper towels.
