Farm Sweet Milk

Farm Sweet Milk
Ingredients:
* For every two (2) pounds of fresh ingredients go below. *

Dulce de leche in Quadradinhos:
5 liters of milk type A (does not serve the other milk)
10 cups (tea) of sugar, or 1.5 liter sugar
1 teaspoon (tsp) full of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in
½ cup of cold water

The bicarbonate serves to not carve milk

Tools:
A large, high pot or a large pan (20 X 35)
Twenty (20) height of thirty-five (35)
inches wide.
1 tablespoon very long stick unused (new)
Wash and sterilize scoop on the stove quickly, let it cool.
Way of preparing:
Place in pan (well washed) _ milk, sugar, and finally the bicarbonate dissolved in half a glass of water stir well.
Mix all ingredients "out of the fire", until the sugar is securely dissolved.
* If the sugar is not well dissolved (before going to the fire), it will caramelando in the bottom of the pot, taking the point of the dessert, ie, damaging the sweet *.

Once dried well pack with cellophane.
Note:
The Dulce de leche into squares takes 2 to 2.5 hours to cook.
If you prefer to do it in pots, mess with big shovel.
