Cookie Portuguese cod - True
Ingredients

1 ½ pound small potatoes, cooked in shell
½ pound of cod into strips
3 large eggs, salt, pepper to taste
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
50 g. grated cheese
It does not take wheat flour and any type of flour or starch
If you need can put more grated cheese

To prepare the dough mode:

Place the cod to soak for 12 hours, changing the water every once in a while.

After washing the cod, shred dry well with paper towels.
Cod is uncooked.

Place the potatoes to cook in shell, water cod sauce.
Peel the potatoes and pass through the wringer.

Prepare the cookie so:
In a large bowl place the squeezed potatoes, shredded cod, eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and finally the grated cheese.

Mix well and make the cookies modeling using two tablespoons (soup), from the mass of a spoon to another.
Fry in hot oil.
Note:
