Cooker Beef With Potatoes + photos


Ingredients;
1 ½ pound of beef, skirt steak, goldfish, titty chuck
8 medium potatoes raw


Spices
4 crumbled bouillon tablets or
1 onion soup package
1 white or dark beer can not cold
½ cold water can (beer can measure
Other Ingredients:
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems
1 cup (tea) chopped chives in rodelinhas
Way of preparing:
Get your whole meat in the pressure cooker, play
 beer after the onion soup.

Cover the pan and let the boil.

Lower the heat and simmer for 30 'to 40' minutes.
Let the meat cool in the pan.

Then open the pot, remove the meat, and add sauce
over 1 cup (tea) cold water, and whole potatoes.
Leave on heat for 10 'minutes.

To serve:

If you do not like beer, substitute 400 ml broth.
