Boat Cod - Entrance

Ingredients:

2 boat box ready for dough

Other ingredients
1 or 2 cups (tea) of cod soaked chips for 12 hours, dry with paper towel
6 potatoes cooked in shell, pass the processor or juicer, crusts removed
1 jar of mayonnaise industrialized
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley to the stem
1 cup (tea) chopped onion
25 Average chopped green olives
½ pepper lady finger seeded and without the rib
1 palm glass or medium mushroom, drained washed and chopped
2 tablespoons (soup) of chopped capers
Season with olive oil and vinegar and salt

Way of preparing:

Place the cod in sauce Eve with water for 12 hours, drain dry with paper towels, then process;
Cook the whole potatoes in shell after going through the wringer.
In a large bowl mix the potato cod and all other ingredients.
Take the bowl covered with plastic wrap refrigerator.
Put the stuffing in the boats just before serving.

Note:
If you prefer you can cut the potatoes into small cubes, and not process, it is to your liking ..
