Blackberry jam of Finance Ponte Preta





Ingredients:
1 kilo of fresh black mulberry
800 grams. of sugar
Cold water 1 cup (200 ml)

Other ingredients (Optional):
1 sachet of unflavored gelatin or colorless
1 tablespoon (soup) shallow colorless unflavored gelatin

1 cup of 200 ml of cold water

Way of preparing:
Wash the berries without the stem.
